Why is the water spray cool?

The brush itself is a room temperature spray (not heated). You want a warm spray, add warm water (≤60°C / 140°F) – warm water is ideal to the touch. Warm water softens natural oils, helps open pores, and increases cleansing effectiveness by up to 50%

Why the 1:10 dilution ratio? Can I add anything else?

An overmixed formula could jam the nozzles! You must stick with the exact 1-part cleaner to 10-parts water ratio. Never add anything else like shampoo or oils—it risks damaging your brush.

Why is the mist weaker than expected / different?

A weak spray usually means too much detergent, not enough water, or the brush is not tilted correctly. Always double-check the 1:10 mixing ratio and if you feel that the spray is weak, tilt the brush head downwards by 45°.

Does this work on short-haired pets?

The brush’s 12 mm steel bristles are best suited for medium to long-haired pets with hair longer than 15 mm (about 0.6 inches), such as Golden Retrievers or Ragdoll cats. It is not as effective on short-haired pets.

Will it scare my fur baby?

The brush runs very quietly! Still, some sensitive pets might get nervous at first. To help them adjust, turn it on 2-3 feet away for about 2 minutes. Let them get used to the sound before you start brushing. This usually makes a big difference!
