This backpack is a side-sleeping trainer for BACK sleepers and STOMACH sleepers. Research shows that 80-85% of snorers only snore while sleeping on their back. This product helps maintain side-sleeping position and develop the side-sleeping habit within two months. The unobstructed airway will allow you to breathe smoothly and sleep peacefully.

It is big enough to keep you off your back at night, thus you will not end up sleeping on it or get your spine hurt in the way that wearing a small or hard supporter would.

Three-point fixation on the shoulders and the waist to avoid shifting and sliding around over time.

You can adjust the air capacity of the airbag to find the most suitable sleep position.

Two sizes are available. Measure your back width between your armpits but not including your arms. Large size is for people with a back width larger than 16 inches (40 cm). Medium body sized people are recommended to choose the Large Size Backpack.
